Contact Tracing

The COVID-19 pandemic and the year 2020 will forever be associated in history. Various levels of our government and the public health community have scrambled admirably to address the health needs of those seriously impacted by this disease. Behavioral recommendations such as social distancing and sheltering-at-home have helped to flatten the curve, but experts recognize that contact tracing efforts hold the key to getting this outbreak under control.

Agile Government Services meets the contact tracing needs of state-wide and local communities with resources for contact tracing, emerging integrated technology that facilitates contact tracing efforts, and procedures that respect individual privacy while meeting the urgent public health needs of our friends and neighbors.

Agile’s contact tracing team is led by personnel with more than 34 years in communicable disease control and intervention at the federal, state, and local levels. Contact tracing has been a cornerstone of sound public health practice for decades in the United States. We know the value and the impact of contact tracing activities when they are deployed and managed properly.

AGSI has provided empathetic and effective contact tracing services to major health department jurisdictions in the Kansas City area in Kansas and Missouri, 7 days per week since August 2020

Agile Government Services has been an incredible partner for Northwest Missouri State University during the Fall 2020 semester. The agency has been responsive and flexible with the confusing and ever-changing dynamics of contact tracing.

Agile brings with it an extraordinary knowledge of Public Health one would only normally find in global or national organizations such as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or the World Health Organization (WHO).

To complement the knowledge and expertise of Agile is their utilization of sophisticated call center technology that allows for instant quality improvement and support. The title “Agile” is not in name only, in every way Agile Government Services has met the changing need of Northwest to support the faculty and staff while providing incredible student focus services.
