 Agile Government Services is a EDWOSB, 8(a) owned technical administrative, and professional services solutions firm in Overland Park, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. We provide technical, administrative, program management and staffing solutions to our clients. AGSI focuses on the IT and operational staffing needs of its Government clients.

HISTORY

AGSI has been in business since 2012 , but our leadership has experience going back three decades. We have provided services in Kansas City, Missouri and Indianapolis, Indiana.  Linda Eanes founded AGSI after extensive research indicating that AGSI could establish itself as a high-quality, client-focused provider of contract services to the Federal Government. After more than 30 years in leading marketing, operational IT, and engineering functions in world-class firms, co-founder LaMont Eanes has brought his passion for excellence to AGSI. Known as an inspired leader with a reputation for building successful teams.

AGSI is and plans to remain a completely independent entity; a closely held family enterprise.

SECURITY AND ACCOUNTING CONTROLS

Agile’s back office infrastructure for employee time recording and invoicing is the best in class, Deltek Premier GCS cloud based, web enabled software for time recording, accounting, and project management. On July 31st 2014, the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) issued audit report number 3201-2014F17740001, which stated “…In our opinion, Agile Government Services Inc. accounting system design complies in all material respects, with the criteria contained in FAR 53.209-1(f), Standard Form 1408.” Agile is a responsible steward of all federal security guidelines, including the FITARA guidelines and in its findings concluded: “The results of the assessment indicate the facility has an effective program for protecting classified information.

 

QUALITY CONTROL PROCESSES

Firstly, we hire the right people for the right job! Candidates must demonstrate the required skill sets we are seeking. Additionally, we look for people who are collaborative for optimal working conditions and client satisfaction. One of our quality control practices includes a quarterly interview with clients to facilitate feedback on our services.

At the heart of Agile’s IT and Business systems operations approach is ITIL based IT Service management framework. Having successfully implemented ITIL Service Management framework in multiple large private enterprise around the world Agile’s Founder has made these processes central to achieving continual process improvement in all aspects ofIT operations, and business service delivery.
